110 South! Beautiful Neighborhood 3 Bedroom

110 South is a quaint little house located in the heart of Ithaca! It is one block from Rt 13 and Wegmans, the nation’s top-rated grocery store. It is walking distance to the Commons and near two parks, including 6 Mile Creek. The home is newly renovated, with a mix of modern and colonial furnishings. A lot of heart has been put into 110 South and we are excited to share our home with you. It is a wonderful place to rest while you visit our beautiful community in Ithaca! 30 night minimum. The home has a unique blend of modern and colonial style furnishings that have been in the family for over 100 years. The dinning room is a large common area for many people to hang out, eat or play board games. The kitchen is modern with beautiful marble countertops and new appliances. It has a sweet little nook were you can sit and read or have a glass of wine while cooking. The living room is equipped with a 50' smart TV. You can enjoy Netflix, watch the news or listen to Iheart radio. The living room also has a relaxing recliner and couch with a chaise. The deck is right off the living room, were a grill is ready for BBQ. The home has 3 bedrooms, but sleeps 8. The linens are are nice and well kept. The bedrooms are cozy and equipped with hangers, closets and shelving. We have 1 full bed, 1 queen, 3 twins and we can provide a cot or blow up mattress for extra guests. It has 1 newly remodeled full bath with a tub and a new washer & dryer. You’ll have full access to the entire home including a beautiful kitchen, nice back deck, laundry facilities, etc. Our super-host, Regina is available 24/7. She lives in the neighborhood and can be accessible quickly! The neighborhood is truly located in the best part of Ithaca. Because it is located close to Rt 13 and in the proximity of large chain shopping and local downtown shopping, entertainment, restaurants and bars. It really offers the best of both worlds. There are two parks, one with a fun skate park and the other, next to Six Mile Creek, where ducks are found basking in the sun. Our gorgeous Cayuga Lake is a quick drive down Rt 13, were on the weekend you can visit our famous Farmers Market. The wine trail on Cayuga and Seneca Lake are recommended and we can help suggest the best!  There are local restaurants downtown or restaurants like Chili's a few blocks away. We recommend local! Regina is a "foodie" and a perfect resource to help you find what fits for you. Ithaca has great local transit-including: TCAT Bus/Uber/Lyft and traditional Taxis. 110 South is close to everything and is a  wonderful place to walk, especially on a warm summer night. 6 Mile Creek is along the path to walk downtown and is a neighborhood gem! It is a 3 bedroom home, but we have added a twin in a study, which makes it feel like 4 bedrooms! If you have extra guests, please let us know the details.
